Proceeding of the Webinar

  1. Opening Remarks (5 mins): Host introduction and purpose of the session.
  2. Keynote Address (10 mins): Delivered by a prominent healthcare leader.
  3. Panel Presentations (3–4 speakers, 5-10 mins each): Diverse insights on tech, medicine, and policy.
  4. Moderated Discussion (20 mins): Panel debate and cross-talk.

  • After a registration and acceptance you will receive notification through email and whatsApp along a meeting link.
  • Share slides, if any, at least 48 hours before the webinar.
  • Keep presentations concise, focused, and within time limits.
  • Use layman-friendly language where needed for accessibility.
  • Respect differing viewpoints and ensure inclusive language.
  • Join the session 15 minutes early for technical setup.

Guidelines for Participants

  • After a registration and acceptance you will receive notification through email and whatsApp along a meeting link.
  • Join at least 5 minutes before start time to avoid disruption.
  • Mute microphone during talks; unmute only when speaking.
  • Use the chat or hand-raise feature for questions.
  • Keep questions concise and relevant.
