Alliance General Council

Alliance General Council is the main executive body of Alliance Pakistan, constituted by Chairpersons of all councils, forums, campaigns, and projects. 

Objectives

 

  1. Provide Central Leadership
    To serve as the highest executive authority of Alliance Pakistan, guiding its overall vision, mission, and strategic direction.

  2. Ensure Coordination
    To harmonize the activities of all councils, forums, campaigns, and projects under Alliance Pakistan for coherence and impact.

  3. Policy Formulation
    To develop and approve organizational policies, frameworks, and standards that strengthen governance and operations across Alliance Pakistan.

  4. Strategic Decision-Making
    To deliberate on key national and organizational issues, making collective decisions that advance the objectives of Alliance Pakistan.

  5. Resource Mobilization
    To oversee resource allocation, financial planning, and fundraising for the sustainability of Alliance Pakistan initiatives.

  6. Accountability & Oversight
    To monitor, evaluate, and ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability across all constituent bodies.

  7. Representation & Advocacy
    To represent Alliance Pakistan at the highest levels—nationally and internationally—building partnerships and influencing policy.

  8. Capacity Building & Guidance
    To provide mentorship, guidance, and support to councils, forums, and campaigns for their effective functioning.

  9. Foster Unity & Collaboration
    To promote collective ownership, inclusivity, and teamwork among diverse stakeholders of Alliance Pakistan.
